Service Engineer
Department: Retecon Service

Duties
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on CNC machine tools at our Eastern Cape customers
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers to ensure optimal performance on Milling and Turning equipment
- Work within a cross-functional team that includes applications, sales, engineering, or production for excellent customer service
- Train customers to operate and machines to ensure maximum productivity
- Act as a Retecon ambassador promoting our products and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success
- Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions
Requirements
- Qualified Machine Tool Millwright / Industrial Electrician / Electro Mechanician preferred for this position
- Focused on customer service and quality
- Technologically savvy and have some electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience
- Flexible to enjoy frequent travel assignments
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience (electrical and mechanical)
- Experienced in software and file management
- Fanuc Experience will enhance your application
