The new TruLaser Tube 7000 has much to offer. It cuts tubes and profiles with large diameter and wall thicknesses without
sacrificing productivity. This new laser tube-cutting machine from TRUMPF opens up application fields that
perhaps you never
thought of before. For example, it can laser cut tubes up to six meters long with a diameter of up to 200mm and
weighing up to 150kg.
Optionally you can even cut tubes with diameters up to 225Kg. A wall thickness of 8mm is no problem. All of this is made with the reliable
TruFlow C02 laser that has up to 3.6kw output and powerful drives designed for a heavy tube weight. Its modern machine control helps
increase your productivity rate in large tube processing. Of course, the TruLaser Tube 7000 is also suitable for smaller thickness
and diameters .

Automation with the LoadMaster Tube |
You can Automate the Trulaser Tube 7000 by adding the LoadMaster Tube. Its tubes magazine handles up to 4 tons of raw material ,
which is fed by the LoadMaster Tube after a plausibility check. During the test, the machine software compares the geometry of the Tube
that are next in line for processing with stored data. This prevents
malfunctions from occurring if the wrong tube is accidentally inserted.
In addition, the LoadMaster Tube's gripper automatically adapts to the measured tube lengths. Naturally, you can also continue to load
individual tubes manually. You can feed special profiles very easily using the swivel- in transport tracks.

Complex tube designs are considerable lighter, more precise and more reliable to produce with the new version of TruTops Tube. You
can now simply place one 3D tube on another instead of having to design and program individual tubes. This saves you time because the length,
width and height parameters for wall thickness and hole distance, can be easily adjusted for various models. In addition, the tubes can be
effortlessly cut at an angle to one another.
