Numerous surface and roundness testers or machines have been installed over the years from our German principals Messrs. MAHR. With a team of highly trained and specialized technicians in the use and application of the mentioned equipment, we pride ourselves to be one of the leaders in this technology driven industry. From the vernier and micrometer all the way to the measuring arm and laser scanner we can provide our customers with the correct equipment together with the most suitable software.

The Cutting Tools department represents World renowned supplier WALTER of Germany. Whose dedication as a leading supplier of inserts for turning and milling is unquestionable. Together with TITEX drills and Prototype boring tools, we are able to supply the right tool for any application.

Tungsten carbide end mills and ball nose cutters can be supplied in various grades and flute lengths in accordance with your requirements. Toolholders as well as “Balancing machines” and Tool Setting devices for standard holders, hydraulic chucks or shrink fit holders are being supplied by reputable companies who are regarded as world leaders in their respective fields.

Last but not least, the Small Machines division supplies handheld TRUMPF power tools to the sheet metal industry as well as a range of Lockformer machines for the Air conditioning and Ducting industry.

FETTE thread rolling equipment has historically been the starting point of Traconsa in 1968 and still commands a tremendous market requirement with its’ versatile field of application.
