Since 1977, Mair Research has been supplying tailor-made machinery to the steel industry for tube and bar finishing process automation. Single machines and fully integrated finishing lines are designed by highly skilled technical designers and manufactured in a modern 25 000 square meter factory.
Mair Research offers both: Machinery for tubing as well as integrated lines for tubing. The machinery for tubing range of machines can be installed both, on a single and on a multiple basis for achieving a complete finishing line. The tube integrated lines, especially the finishing lines are installed at the exit of tube production processes for the automatic machining and inspection and the tube packaging in bundles as well. This type of equipment is designed according to customers’ specific needs concerning machining and inspection processes. Room availability is also taken into account.
